…I’ve known Spannerman for decades and have really close social ties to the band. Played on the same bill up as them waaaaaaaay back when and co-habited with ex band members as well as playing in other line-ups with ex band members. For my money Dan Spanner is one of this country’s most accomplished and progressive composers, saxophonists, singers and writers. If any of you get a chance to see them do it.
